On Monday, March 22, 2010 the City of Charleston held a Public hearing about a proposed land use conversion at Cato Park for the purpose of constructing a new West Side Elementary School along with the conversion of the Glenwood Elementary site into a community park. Pursuant to the Land & Water Conservation fund regulations there will be a thirty day written comment period ending on April 21, 2010. Comments should be mailed to City of Charleston Attention: City Manager’s Office PO BOX 2749 Charleston, WV 25330.
