Scorecard management, cascading performance measures, data integrity, operational efficiencies, and alignment of strategic goals are primary objectives of the Office of Strategy Management and Internal Operations.  The Office facilitates and coordinates with City Departments to ensure strategic alignment, data integrity, consistent communication and measures, and integrated support for strategic goals of the City.
