The Office of the Charleston Finance Director strives to ensure that a strong financial base always exists to support the visions of City leaders and administrators through the use of a function-based financial information system.
The Charleston Finance Department is comprised of several offices including Accounting, the Police Department Budget Office, City Collector's Office and the City Treasurer.
